I listen to the James Altucher Show podcast, (check James out) and James mentioned author and business man Kamal Ravikant. James was talking about Kamal's book 'Love yourself like your life depends on it'. This struck me as a strong title, so as part of my 50 book challenge this year, I went on Kindle and pur-chased it. This book is only 68 pages long. This book is definitely, short and sweet. Kamal details how after several negative events in his personal life he was bed ridden with depression. Unable to see any hope in the world, he had virtually given up. We've all been then to some degree, which is why this book has resonated with so many people. Kamal goes on to detail how he turned his life around, to one of positivity and love. His secret? He dicided to love himself. Without conditions. He just started flooding his life in love each day. The result was astonishing. I don't want to give away his secrets, plus he does it more justice in his book, than I could here. Needless to say, I have started applying his methods to my life. In times of self doubt and anxiety I love myself, and my worries soon dissipate. I highly recommend this book for anyone who feels like life can be an up hill struggle at times.
Kamal may just have the answer for you.
